Alpha Gymnastics is running gymnastics sessions for 5-12 year olds over the Easter Holidays. Activities will include forward and backward rolls, flips, cartwheels and tumbling, jumping, strength, balance, co-ordination and handstands. Equipment used includes: bars, tracks, mats and beams and parachute. We like to start the session with a fun and engaging warm-up followed by a stretch to prepare for the session. The class will cover lots of different activities and will include a short break in the middle to allow the gymnasts a chance to refuel with a quick snack (snacks are not provided by Alpha).
