We offer a fun-filled class with access to lots of great equipment including adjustable bars, low beams and tumble tracks.

The focus of this class is to introduce fundamental shapes and exercises in a safe environment, helping the children to build a strong foundation for their gymnastics.

Classes will start with a warm up game/activity, followed by a group stretch including basic shapes and strengthening. The class then focuses on equipment and includes lots of fun skills the gymnasts enjoy taking part in such as cartwheel, rolls, swinging on the bar and walking on the beam as well as lots of jumping and bouncing!
