We offer a structured, fun-filled class with access to lots of great equipment including adjustable bars, low beams and tumble tracks.

The focus of this class is to build on the existing fundamental shapes to help develop the skills and abilities of the individual gymnast.

Classes will start with an appropriate warm up activity, followed by a group stretch including basic shapes and strengthening. The class then focuses on equipment and includes lots of skills the gymnasts enjoy taking part in such as cartwheels, flips, somersaults and bar and beam skills.
